Return Request

1. The item(s) for return must be in the original manufacturing packaging to insure the integrity of the contents.
2. Complete a return form for each item being shipped back to the supplier.
3. Leave the entire 3-part return form on top of the items.
4. Leave a copy of the original invoice with the return form. Many suppliers prefer that you designate on the original invoice the line item(s) being returned.
5. The driver will sign each return form and leave a copy for your records.
